KingdomTube Manager("we," "us," or "our") provides a tool that helps creators plan, generate, and manage content for their YouTube channels. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the application available at kingdomtube.company and any related services.

By creating an account or connecting your YouTube channel, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information. Your name, email address, and a securely hashed password when you register for an account.
• Channel and content data. Content plans, scripts, titles, descriptions, tags, schedules, and settings you create or store in the app.
• YouTube data. When you connect your channel, we access data through the YouTube API Services, such as channel statistics, video performance metrics, and comments, as described below.
• Authentication tokens. OAuth access and refresh tokens issued by Google, stored so we can retrieve your data on your behalf.

KingdomTube Manager uses the YouTube API Services. By using the YouTube-connected features of our app, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

We use the YouTube API Services only to provide the app's features, specifically to:

• Display your channel's analytics and video performance.
• Retrieve and help you manage comments on your videos.
• Show information about your connected channel.

We do not use YouTube data for advertising, and we do not sell it. You can revoke our access at any time through your Google security settings at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions or by disconnecting your channel in the app's Settings.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the app's features.
• Generate content suggestions and analyze channel performance on your behalf.
• Authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• Respond to your requests and provide support.

Some features use third-party AI models to generate content such as titles, scripts, and descriptions based on the prompts and channel context you provide. The prompts you submit are sent to these providers solely to produce the requested output and are not used to train models where such an option is available to us.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Service providers who host our infrastructure, database, and AI processing, and who are bound to protect your data.
• Authorities when required by law or to protect our rights and users.

Your data is stored in a secured database. Passwords are hashed, and access is scoped so you can only access your own data. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. You may delete your content, disconnect your YouTube channel, or request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. When you disconnect your channel, we delete the stored OAuth tokens for that connection. To request full account deletion, contact us at privacy@kingdomtube.company.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. You can manage most of your data directly in the app, or contact us to exercise these rights.

The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or by email.
