Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of KingdomTube Manager("we," "us," or "our"), a tool that helps creators plan, generate, and manage content for their YouTube channels, available at kingdomtube.company. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for managing your own YouTube channel and content. You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that do not belong to you.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or reverse engineer the service or its infrastructure.
• Use the service to generate or distribute content that is harmful, deceptive, infringing, or otherwise prohibited.

When you connect your channel, KingdomTube Manager uses the YouTube API Services. By using these features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy. You may revoke our access to your YouTube data at any time via your Google security settings or by disconnecting your channel in the app's Settings.

You retain ownership of the content you create, upload, or store in the service, including plans, scripts, and descriptions ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to store and process Your Content solely to provide the service. You are solely responsible for Your Content and for ensuring it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

The service uses third-party AI models to generate suggested content based on your prompts and channel context. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete, and you are responsible for reviewing it before publishing. We make no guarantee that generated content is original, non-infringing, or suitable for any particular purpose.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time; when we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that could cause harm to us or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KingdomTube Manager and its providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
